Microblading Marbella: microbladed eyebrows with hair-like strokes, an hour away in Málaga

We will say it clearly from the very first line: we don’t have a centre in Marbella. The treatment is done in Málaga city, at our studio on Calle Constancia. Many clients from San Pedro Alcántara, Nueva Andalucía or Puerto Banús make the trip because it is only two visits, both with Antonella, our specialist.

Where your eyebrow microblading is done and how many times you need to come

BLUSH Estética is a beauty centre with a single studio: C. Constancia 23, 29002 Málaga, in the city centre district, next to the Guadalmedina river and under 10 minutes’ walk from the bus station and María Zambrano train station. We don’t do home visits or work from other premises on the Costa del Sol.

The good news if you are coming from further away is that this microblading treatment does not mean lots of sessions:

  1. First visit (about 2 hours). Your desired brow shape designed to suit your features, colour selection, numbing cream and the microblading procedure itself, stroke by stroke.
  2. Touch-up at 4 to 6 weeks. We check your colour retention and how your skin has healed and complete any hairs or colour that didn’t hold. It is shorter and part of the treatment.
  3. Annual refresh (optional). Results fade over time, so around 12-18 months later you can come back if you want to keep the definition.

Two trips to Málaga in six weeks, and microbladed brows that last one to two years. For many clients on the western Costa del Sol that makes more sense than trying a studio near home with no references.

How to get from Marbella to our studio in Málaga

How Approximate time What to know
Car on the AP-7 (toll) 45 to 55 min About 60 km. The fastest option and the least affected by coastal traffic.
Car on the A-7 (free) 55 to 75 min Goes through Fuengirola and Benalmádena; in summer and at rush hour it takes longer.
Direct bus Marbella to Málaga 45 to 75 min Arrives at Málaga bus station, a few minutes’ walk from BLUSH. Marbella has no Cercanías train.

If you come by car, it is best to leave it in a nearby paid public car park in central Málaga: there is little street parking near the studio. We are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00, so a mid-morning appointment lets you avoid the traffic in and out of the city.

Antonella’s tip: before you book, send us a WhatsApp photo of your brows without makeup, in natural light. That way we can tell you which technique suits you and you only make the trip when it makes sense. The centre works in Spanish, but we can help you in English via WhatsApp.

Benefits of microblading eyebrows on the coast

Life on the coast is lived outdoors, and that shows in your brows. These are the advantages our clients value most:

  • It saves time. Wake up with effortlessly full, defined eyebrows instead of filling them in every morning.
  • Brows that stay put at the beach, the pool or on the padel court. Makeup runs with water and sweat; microblading pigment doesn’t.
  • Personalised shape and color. The eyebrow shape is adapted to your face, not to a stencil.
  • It corrects asymmetry and expression. A shorter, higher or gappy brow changes your look; microblading balances it.
  • It helps when there is little hair. With alopecia or brows over-plucked for years, it recreates hairs where they no longer grow.
  • It is semi-permanent makeup. Unlike tattooed eyebrows, it is not a tattoo for life: the colour gradually fades and is kept fresh with periodic touch ups.

Natural microblading results: how our microblading artist works

Microblading, sometimes called eyebrow embroidery, is a manual technique among the cosmetic procedures known as permanent cosmetics. With a hand tool of very fine micro-needles, the microblade tool, lines that mimic real hairs are drawn and the pigment is placed in the upper layer of the skin. It is not an eyebrow tattoo, which goes deeper. Each stroke follows the direction, thickness and length of your own hairs, which is why the result goes unnoticed up close.

Antonella, the owner of BLUSH and a very approachable professional, personally performs every treatment; there is no rotating technician. Before pigmenting, she draws the proposed shape on your skin and adjusts it with you in front of the mirror; she doesn’t start until you are happy with the design. The colour is chosen to match your hair, features and skin type, and the number of strokes depends on what you want to disguise. The aim is natural-looking brows that look like your own, not freshly done at a salon: complete brows without a drawn-on look.

If your skin is oily or you prefer a more made-up effect, shading (powder brows) or a combination of both techniques may suit you better. We explain it in microshading powder brows.

Sun, beach and the healing process: when to book

The sun is what shortens pigment life the most, and Marbella has sunshine almost all year round. Expect slight swelling and a fine scab in the first days; it comes off by itself, and the skin is smooth again within 7-14 days. Proper aftercare makes your result last:

  • For the first 10 days, avoid the beach, the pool, saunas and any sport that makes you sweat a lot.
  • Keep the treated area out of direct sun while it heals; wear a cap or a hat, and follow our aftercare instructions with the healing balm or cream we recommend.
  • Once healed, apply sunscreen to your brows every day as part of your skincare.

That is why many clients on the coast prefer to have microblading between October and May and arrive in summer with their brows already healed and touched up. If you have it done in July, plan the first two weeks without the beach. More detail in microblading and sun exposure.

Client reviews

We have 4.6 out of 5 on Google (192 reviews) and 4.87 out of 5 on Booksy (174 reviews). Some reviews about our microblading:

“Feliz con mis nuevas cejas gracias a la técnica de Microblanding pelo a pelo. Tenía mucho complejo porque no tenía apenas cejas y siempre iban pintadas, lo cual era un problema porque en verano al bañarme estaba siempre preocupada que no se fuera el maquillaje.”

“Happy with my new brows thanks to the hair stroke microblading technique. I was very self-conscious because I hardly had any eyebrows and always had to draw them on, which was a problem in summer: whenever I went swimming I was worried the makeup would come off.”

Tina A. · Google (translated from Spanish)

“El diseño de las cejas quedó súper natural y justo como yo quería, respetando la forma de mi rostro.”

“The brow design came out super natural and exactly how I wanted, respecting the shape of my face.”
